BinBin SUMMER CAMPAIGN Terms & Legal Disclaimer

This campaign is organized with the permission of the Turkish Republic Directorate General of the National Lottery Administration, dated 27/05/2025 and numbered E-24951361-255.01.02-73010.

The campaign will start on May 29, 2025, at 00:00 and end on August 22, 2025, at 23:59.

During the campaign period, users who download the BinBin mobile application to their smartphones for free and register by providing their full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, will earn 1 entry for every 18 completed scooter rides.

Participation in the draw will be automatically processed through the BinBin mobile app; no additional application is required.

Participants with missing full name or phone number details will not be eligible for the draw. Missing information must be completed to qualify.

If it is determined that a ride was not completed, no draw entry will be granted.

Rides made using BinPass packages that include free ride minutes are excluded from the campaign.

A person can win only one prize.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of their membership information.

Employees of Bin Ulaşım ve Akıllı Şehir Teknolojileri A.Ş. and individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the campaign. Even if they do participate and win, the prize will not be awarded.

Taxes and other legal obligations, excluding VAT and SCT, related to the prize or included in the value of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Rides under 3 minutes are not considered valid for the campaign.

These conditions will be included in all lottery-related announcements and printed materials.

In accordance with applicable regulations, no additional permission is required from other institutions or organizations for this lottery.

Travel Gift Voucher Information

The travel gift voucher awarded as a result of the draw includes a round-trip flight ticket and accommodation services from Istanbul to a destination of the winner’s choice among the following:

Destinations:
Paris, Rome, London, Athens, Barcelona, Cologne, Vienna, Madrid, Gallen, Skopje, Sarajevo, Tirana, Belgrade.

The gift voucher is valid between November 16, 2025 – May 27, 2026, excluding public holidays, national holidays, and special occasions. The travel must be completed by May 27, 2026.

The prize is valid for 1 person only and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

The trip must start and end in Istanbul.

Costs not covered by the voucher — including visa, passport fees, transfers, travel insurance, and personal expenses — are the sole responsibility of the winner.

International services are exempt from VAT.

The results of the draw will be announced on binbin.tech.

The campaign is valid only within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and only during the stated dates. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

By participating in the campaign, users are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated above. The campaign is open only to individual users.

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time. Rights obtained through the campaign cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the execution of the campaign and will be stored in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
